Summer is giving way to the warm, sunny days of September. As the prelude to fall begins, most of us are making preparations for holiday decorations, projects, and greeting cards. I am busy making cards for Thanksgiving with determination to be ahead of the calendar.
I have used the beautiful Soft Seedlings cling stamp set (159905) with the recently retired embossing folder Meadow Moments (153126) and the new Deckled Rectangles dies (159173). Colors chosen are Very Vanilla, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Old Olive. Embellishments are Old Olive Twill Riboon (158955) and Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (151193).
Don't hesitate to use past stamps and supplies to complete your holiday cards. I visited my stash and pulled out Pretty Pumpkins (156472) and the coordinating dies Detailed Pumpkins (156477) which were in the July-December Catalog 2021. I incorporated the new Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper (159651) which is found in this year's July - December 2022 Mini Catalog as well as the Basic Borders dies (155558) and Layering Diorama dies (155565) both of which are in the current Annual Catalog, May 2022 - April 2023. My color palette chosen is: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, and Early Espresso. Embelleshments are Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels (151193)
